1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and cilli88 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the cilli88 platform, including the website at cilli88.org and all associated services, products, and features ("Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional product-specific rules and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the cilli88 Services.

These Terms were last updated on 11 June 2026. cilli88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with cilli88, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. cilli88 operates strictly in accordance with international gaming authority age-verification requirements. Access by persons under 21 is prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of cilli88 or any affiliated company.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from cilli88 or any associated platform.

cilli88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account pending satisfactory verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register only one (1) cilli88 account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration and at any subsequent time, cilli88 may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification by providing:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian National IC or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming your name is associated with the payment method used);
• Any additional documents reasonably required by cilli88 to satisfy its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.

cilli88 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, and betting access pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

You must ensure all information provided to cilli88 is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cilli88 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Payments page, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your cilli88 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change. cilli88 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed;
• Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• cilli88 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within 1–4 banking hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements;
• cilli88 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in the Payments section of the platform.

cilli88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by receiving financial institutions are the Member's responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cilli88 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. cilli88 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• cilli88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements; or otherwise exploiting promotional terms contrary to their intent.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on cilli88 are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant product (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Lottery, Toto 4D). The following general rules apply across all cilli88 products:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the cilli88 platform and a bet reference number is assigned. Bets placed but not confirmed (e.g., due to a disconnection) are not valid.
• cilli88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or under circumstances that constitute a manifest error, including technical errors, pricing errors, or data feed failures.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it may not be cancelled by the Member except where cilli88 expressly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for the relevant market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of cilli88's trading and integrity team shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per product and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cilli88 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or circumvent security measures;
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across markets or platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit;
• Collusion between Members to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform for any purpose prohibited by applicable law;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation;
• Any conduct intended to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or manifest pricing errors in a manner contrary to fair play.

Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension of the relevant account(s), forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

cilli88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from your account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Configurable play session duration reminders;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent account exclusion, activated immediately upon request;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any cilli88 intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of cilli88's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

cilli88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account with cilli88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by cilli88 is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and improvement of our Services. cilli88 does not sell personal data to third parties and shares it only as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The cilli88 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cilli88 excludes all implied warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind.

cilli88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to: loss of data; loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; or any other economic loss, whether foreseeable or not.

cilli88's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Services shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

cilli88 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to access or use the Services.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

cilli88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• cilli88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe;
• The Member has failed to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Company to do so.

Upon account termination for breach of Terms, cilli88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and in cases of confirmed fraud, all balances in the account. Any legitimate real-money balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigations.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cilli88 customer support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to applicable rules and any resulting winnings credited prior to balance return.

13. Amendments to Terms

cilli88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cilli88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the cilli88 website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the cilli88 Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cilli88 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, Members should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting cilli88 customer support. cilli88 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Members may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority regulator under whose licensing framework cilli88 operates. The decision of the regulator with respect to disputes within its jurisdiction shall be binding on cilli88.

Nothing in this Section prevents cilli88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
